Overwhelmed: The Grieving Process, part 1

About two months ago, I got really really overwhelmed! I received another bad news that shook my spirit; I couldn’t take it anymore. You may be going through a situation like this, perhaps you’re so saturated academically and worn out or you’re a single mom who single-handedly gets everything done. In such condition, it’s good to take some time alone with the Father and pour our hearts out to Him; prayer and the Word of God are definitely our best friends to help us go on. So, in this first part, I’ll illustrate the grieving process of being overwhelmed while sharing some advice.
